A Rejuvenating Pregnancy Solo Getaway & Weekend Retreat

Hello,

I’m Anastasia, a soon-to-be mom who realized I craved connection with other pregnant women, especially when I found none around me. As I entered my second trimester, I started searching for retreats or short getaways near New York, where I’m based. But most were either designed for couples, too expensive, or not focused on pregnancy. I found some options in Europe, like momz.com, and as much as I love Europe, I’m not exactly eager to fly across the Atlantic right now.

So I came up with my own thing—a rejuvenating, all-inclusive 3-day / 2-night pregnancy solo retreat for a small group of women. Small enough to feel safe and intimate, without the overwhelm.

I’m also a certified intuitive, having completed a bootcamp led by Laura Day—the world’s most renowned intuitive, whose clients include Demi Moore, Jennifer Aniston, and major Wall Street firms. Laura’s philosophy is that everyone has intuitive ability—and that learning to use it helps us make better decisions and live fuller, more aligned lives. So I’ve included some of the intuitive exercises, along with nourishing meals and green juices, prenatal exercises, a flower workshop, and more. Read about that in the Program section below.

This is me, forward-looking into my first pregnancy and motherhood errands.

When:

It’s a 3-day, 2-night weekend retreat, happening August 8–10. Not quite enough time to fully chill, but definitely enough to step away from your partner and the everyday hustle, and take this time just for yourself. It’s also a great way to kick off a new routine if you want to keep something going after.

Where:

We’ll be in a house within reach of New York. It could be NJ, CT, PA, or NY. The exact location will be shared with confirmed participants in July. I’ll make sure it’s close to a train station so everyone can get there easily, or I’ll arrange a transfer if you need one.

My Promise:

  • A separate room (a lot of retreats offer shared accommodation, but I don’t think that’s ideal during pregnancy—especially when you just want to relax)

  • Nutritional meals, green juices, and snacks throughout the day (including my special pregnancy craving: watermelon!)

  • Nourishing activities throughout the 3 days (more on that in the Program section below)

Price:

$1,750 if paid before July 15th (includes a two-night stay in a separate room, meals, the full program, including book discussions, intuitive exercises, a flower workshop, and transfer if needed),

and $1,950 thereafter.

Program

Friday

  • Come any time during the day and relax, then join our Women’s Welcome Circle with snacks and drinks of your choice

  • Meditation

  • Nourishing dinner

Saturday

  • Nourishing breakfast

  • Book club: Discussing Laura Day’s newly released book The Prism about the 7 ego centers. I listened to it on Audible during my pregnancy walks, but you can also find it on Amazon or at your local store and bring it along to discuss. However, I’ll prepare hands-on materials, so it’s not necessary to have the book with you—or even to have read it (if you don’t feel like it). We’ll still explore the 7 ego centers, which are presented as a foundation for a baby’s birth.

  • Walking if the weather allows (it shouldn’t be a heat wave in August, but who knows) or gentle stretches at home instead

  • Lunch

  • Flowers workshop: Did you know flowers decrease cortisol? Just looking at them makes us feel better, and that’s backed by science. Touching and smelling flowers—which we’ll do while creating our own arrangements—feels even better.

  • Nourishing dinner

  • Evening meditation and sharing reflections from the day

Sunday

  • Nourishing breakfast

  • Book club: We’ll start with morning pages—an exercise I find really helpful. We’ll discuss The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron, a bestseller republished over 30 times. Together, we’ll sit down and write whatever’s on our minds (no worries if writing’s not your thing—we’ll have an alternative). Then, we’ll explore some tips from the book to nourish our creative souls.

  • Prenatal exercising—great preparation for delivery

  • Nourishing lunch over metaphoric cards—an intuitive exercise, followed by goodbyes

  • Traveling back
